ORDER AND PAY

Add one or more products, in the desired size and color, to your shopping cart. You can always view and edit your shopping cart while shopping online. Ready to go shopping? Then you can complete the order by clicking on checkout. You will then see an overview of your order, here you enter your personal details for payment and receipt. Have you checked all data properly? Then choose the desired payment method and click on the green button with 'CHECKOUT'.

You will receive a confirmation of your order at the email address you provided. We will also keep you informed about the dispatch of your order, so that you know exactly when you will receive your new one Twinlife clothes to expect!
You can pay for your order in several ways:

iDeal: you pay directly online through your bank.
PayPal: you pay directly online via your PayPal account.
Credit Card: you pay directly online via your Credit Card. Available for: VISA, MasterCard & American Express
Apple Pay: Easy payment for all Apple users.
Klarna Pay Later: you pay afterwards after receiving your order.
Klarna Pay Now: you pay directly when placing the order.
Bancontact: you pay directly online via your bank (Belgium).

Did you receive a discount code from us? Then you can enter this during checkout. You type the discount code in the appropriate input field and click on 'apply discount code'. Some discount codes only work under certain conditions and are not valid in combination with other promotions/discount codes.
Go to my account in the top right menu and click on 'forgot password'. Enter your email address here and then follow the steps in the email that will be sent to you.

DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

If you order before 23.30, your order will be delivered tomorrow.
For Belgium, you must order before 22.00 p.m. in order to have your order at home the next day.
Delivery on Sunday is not possible. So if you order on Saturday, you will receive your order on Monday.

If you have any questions about delivery, please contact our logistics customer service. This can be done in 2 ways:
1. Go to the Go Parcel page via the track & trace link you received in your email. Click on the contact button at the top right. In this way, your order number and address are automatically known to us.
2. Call our customer service logistics during office hours +31(0)85 489 7669. Have your order number to hand. Then we can help you quickly.
The Netherlands and Belgium
For orders over €50,00, shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free. If your order is under €50,00, we will send your package for €4,95.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a track & trace code from DHL in your email. With this track & trace code you can track your package.

When you are not at home, DHL will leave a yellow card on your doormat, plus an email in your inbox. This way you can quickly make a new delivery appointment. Let us know via the My DHL app where the package should be delivered: at a DHL point, a safe place around your house, your neighbors or again at home. You make changes on the same day.

Shipments to Belgium are done by PostNL.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been processed. When your order has been packed you will receive a new e-mail containing a Track & Trace link with which you can follow your order. You can also change your delivery time here if you are not at home.
We ship within Europe. Select the desired country during checkout, the correct shipping costs will then be shown in your order overview.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY

Returns
You can return your order through us by creating a return label via this link. Then enter your order number and zip code. You can then specify a service point of your choice to return the order and download a return label. The return costs are for your own account and are €5,25 per package.

Right of Withdrawal

You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After registration you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you add a statement showing your wish to withdraw.

Everything you have paid, such as the price of the product and the costs of the outward shipment, will be reimbursed. The return costs are for your own account and are €5,25 per package.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the European model withdrawal form. Use this form to create Twinlife indicate that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal.

Yes, exchange is possible by ordering the item again in a different size. You can then return the item you want to exchange according to the return instructions.
When returning the entire order, we will refund the entire amount, including any shipping costs. The return costs are for your own account. When the order is partially returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded. For the refund, we use the same payment method with which you paid for your order. There are no extra costs for you. You are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, please return the items in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. We may, however, wait with a refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
We recommend that you first make complaints about our service or products known to us via [email protected] You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.degeschillencommissie.nl).

From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found via https://ec.europa.eu/odr † If your complaint is not being processed by us, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Does the product break quickly or does it contain a production error? Let us know right away!

PRODUCT AND CARE

All clothing originates from China. We buy from the source, this enables us to offer a very high-quality product for an attractive price. Our factory is located in China and is both Oeko-Tex and BSCI certified. All our products are designed, tested and fitted in the Netherlands.
Our products partly contain cotton to make the fabric stronger. From the spring of 2020, all our products contain organic cotton and are OCS certified.
We are always looking for new products/colors that we can add to the collection. Do you have a suggestion for us? We'd love to hear it!
You can determine which size you need via our size charts. Our products have a standard fit, the size you normally wear is therefore good in most cases.

We recommend washing it at the lowest possible temperature, maximum 40 degrees.
We do not recommend it as it may damage the fabric.
