Handling order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

We keep this information until your order has been completed. We keep certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.

To be sure that it concerns your data, we ask for proof of identity with such a request, this is not stored anywhere by us. It is important to protect your citizen service number with this copy.

Klarna: pay afterwards

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we need to transfer your personal data to Klarna. That only happens when you choose to pay with Klarna. Klarna uses the data to assess whether you can use the payment methods. The personal data are your name, address, telephone number, payment history and the details of your order, such as the payment method, the delivery address, the products ordered and the like.

Your personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection law and as described in Klarna's privacy statement processed.
